Description
Centurion Health is seeking primary care physicians to serve as Site Medical Directors at the following Tennessee Department of Correction clinics:
- DeBerry Special Needs Facility - Nashville, TN
- West Tennessee State Penitentiary - Henning, TN
- Northeast Correctional Complex - Mountain City, TN
$30,000 Retention Bonus | Relocation Assistance Available
Position Highlights:
- Starting salary of $350,000+; negotiable based on experience
- $30,000 retention bonus
- Relocation assistance available
- Monday–Friday schedule

- Experienced clinical and administrative support
About the Role
The Site Medical Director will provide clinical oversight and leadership for patients with chronic medical conditions, behavioral health needs, dialysis requirements, and other complex healthcare needs. The role involves collaboration with specialists, nursing, behavioral health, and other members of the healthcare team to support coordinated patient care.
Qualifications
- Physician with strong clinical and leadership skills
- Effective communication and team-building abilities
- Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ability to coordinate care for medically complex patients
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred
